West coast attitude...

Hey everyone...

I'm so sorry I couldn't drop a line earlier on but I really struggled with my financial situation since I'm in Broome...
When I first arrived, I had 15 bucks in my pocket and I ate bread for 4 days...lol but don't you worry, it's part of the trip as well, and it could have been worse...at least, I had somewhere to stay!
Anyway, I didn't get any chance to give a sign of life as I was completly broke!
Basically, I've started to work as a barman straight away, but didn't expect to get paid fortnightly...from living with nothing for the past 2 weeks, I'll very soon have over a grand on my bank account...ridiculous.

Just to let you know that everything is allright in Broome (WA), which is a lovely little town reputed for its beautiful cable beach and its stairway to the moon (natural phenomenon due to the reflection of the moon by low tide).
Still jamming the guitar on the beach, especially at night, I can sing as loud as I want!
Just feeling free throughout this massive sandy area surrounded by a stunning vegetation...
The sunset is splendid over here, especially with the reflection of the sunbeams on to the big rain clouds in the distance...

Everything is bursting lately, too damn hot, and the colorful lightning are coming along...
A fantastic show of mother nature I could contemplate for hours!

I've been working in a crocodile farm as well, with Malcom Douglas, a famous crocodile hunter (almost as famous as Steve Irwin), to carry crocodiles from a pond to another one...a couple of cuts, but nothing serious...a german guy working with us went to the hospital though, badly cut on the calf by a 2m long croc!!!

Obviously, I've got loads of photos (about 10 films) between the savanna road trip between Cairns and Darwin and the arrival in broome...I'll soon be able to develop them and to upload them on the blog!

Take care of yourselves and don't you think I'm not thinking of you anymore, even after nearly 2 years away!!!
