Ian (my manager at rendez-vous) and Andy, adorable german chap.
Ian's 4 wheel drive and off we went, hitting the dirt roads northward towards cape leveque.
Bard creek it is, after driving 80km/h through the kimberley pindan (typical red soil) and beautiful white sand of the deserted beaches.
Life as it should be, you work hard, you earn your money and you go fishing every now and then. I love it!
Bard creek was absolutely stunning, nothing but complete wilderness.
We got badly sunburnt that day as although we had some sun screen, the U.V rate was so strong and so was the reflection onto the sand and the water.
You know the digit you have back home in Europe during the weather forecast and which is usually around 8- 9 when it's really hot in summer...in broome, it was 16 that day without thinking of the effect increased by the reflection and refraction of the sunbeams!
