As it's been said somewhere else, 2 min walking from cable beach backpackers, another day in paradise.2 and half months working there, a bit on the table service, a lot behind the bar!
Well, what I've learnt there is pure gold for having a bisic knowledge in spirits and cocktails is something you can always make fun of!
I even got a certificate in alcohol basic knowledge!

Making cocktails is so much fun you know, the comprehension of the basic vertues and properties of your spirit to mix up things with it.I've got to improve my flairing though...
